This film was made to be shown at a motor show in London and needed to be spectacular. It was certainly spectacular to shoot. The preproduction meeting with the stunt pilots and the pilot of the camera helicopter was an intense course in flight. Beyond our imaginations, and some grasp of the dynamics of flight, we had no idea what was possible to achieve. The only thing that was certain of was the need to be above the aerobatic planes as they did their stuff.
